2024-2025 Travel Season

Girls ages 10 - 18 are welcome to tryout for our upcoming travel season.

• Practices are held at Flagstaff Athletic Club, East and NAU Rolle Activity Center.
• Teams practice 2-3 times per week.

Our travel season begins with tryouts in November 2024 and runs through May 2025.

Teams will compete in either the Club, Championship or Open division of AZ Region Volleyball. They will also attend the additional tournaments listed below (in Season Fees section).

Tryouts are competitive and athletes will have to EARN a position on a team. Some athletes will be cut at tryouts.

Athletes are divided by age, then by skill. Athletes can play up but will not be eligible to play on a lower age level.

AGES 10 - 14: November 2nd

AGES 15 - 18: November 23rd

• Your athlete's age level is dictated by how old they will be as of July 1, 2025.

• 2 practices/week, tournament entry fees, jerseys, club t-shirts, sweatshirt, warm up, backpack, coaches pay & travel stipends, coach's gear, coach's hotel & parking fees, coach's continuing education, coach background checks, NAU parking passes for coaches, AZ region dues, court rentals, USAV memberships, volleyball training equipment, and administrative costs

• Season fees also include recruitment advisement for parents and players throughout the recruiting process

• All expenditures related to player travel - flights, fuel, hotels, parking (if athletes are parking & practicing at NAU - they will need to purchase a parking pass or arrange drop off/pick up)



• Parking and entry into tournaments for families and fans

• Any expenditures at tournaments (souvenirs, shirts, etc.)

• Additional tournaments (including if your team qualifies for the Junior National Qualifier)

• Additional strength and conditioning

• Mental game coaching

10 Black: $1300/player

• AZ Region CLUB teams play on Saturdays (schedule is TBD)

• Sibling discount = $750 (applied to ONE sibling's fees)



• Pay in Full = $100 (Must pay the ENTIRE season fee on the day of tryouts - can include sponsorships turned in ON THE DAY OF TRYOUTS)
• This discount will not apply if sponsorships are brought in after the day of tryouts.
• May only apply one discount to season fees
